I developed a severe gastrointestinal condition and was forced to switch from a plant based diet to an exclusive animal based diet to resolve my condition. Hope this query doesn't offend anyone. At the moment I am living in a tiny village on the foot of Montejunto Mountain, the part of the Mountain administered by the Cadaval municipality, in the Northwest of Lisbon, about one hour and fifteen minutes by car from Lisbon, Portugal.

Hello!! I’m so happy to be here! I’ve wanted to join for a long while and when I saw the anniversary special, I couldn’t resist. I’ve had a fascination with mushrooms for years. I’ve been wanting to go to Guatemala to learn in-person, but haven’t been able to make that happen yet. I plan to though, and to bring my 2 adult children with me. I plan to cultivate mushrooms after I retire from my job and hopefully employ my kids. So between now and then I want to learn as much as I can and practice to perfect the process before jumping into it full time.
