“Truffles Therapy organizes psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands. Since Chi & Leti founded Truffles Therapy in August 2018, they’ve organized 25 retreats for more than 225 participants from around the world.

Truffles Therapy started out as a passion project but soon grew beyond anything they could have ever imagined. Having had the privilege to witness hundreds of people go through high-dose journeys, they are super grateful for the opportunity to continue sharing the mushroom experience.

They want to share our thoughts and emotions, so you can better understand what’s happening in the psychedelics space and what to expect from journeying with mushrooms/truffles. 

A big part of their role as facilitators is to temper expectations. The more we expect from the psychedelic experience, the more disappointment we will face. Disillusionment is an important part of the path, and it’s better to start popping the bubble of false hopes as soon as possible. 

The more they work with the medicine, the more we find ourselves saying, “I don’t know.” People share their experiences with us, we ourselves commune with the mushrooms, and we increasingly feel like beginners. We feel small in the face of humanity’s collective crises. Love for people and faith in the mushroom’s wisdom keep us going. “
