Join us for a powerful and thought-provoking Masterclass Panel bringing together leading voices in the psychedelic space.
This conversation explores the intersection of modern psychology and the ancestral use of psychedelics and sacred mushrooms, diving into key topics shaping the future of psychedelic medicine — from decolonizing its practices and honoring Indigenous knowledge, to building communities that are truly inclusive and ethical.
Going beyond temporary solutions, psychedelics and sacred mushrooms offer a holistic approach to mental health, spiritual growth, and overall vitality. By weaving together ancestral wisdom and modern scientific research, we can unlock our innate capacity for transformation and healing.
We’ll explore what it means to create spaces where healing is grounded in respect and justice, and how psychedelic culture can grow in ways that uplift diverse voices and experiences.
Whether you’re new to these ideas or looking to deepen your understanding, this panel offers meaningful insights and practical reflections on building a more connected, conscious, and ethical psychedelic landscape.
Costanza Ayni is a psychedelic facilitator, therapist, musician, educator and founder of Anima Healing Institute. She supports individuals in deepening their relationship with themselves, whether they are navigating change, integrating meaningful experiences, or simply seeking to live and lead with greater clarity and alignment. Her work is grounded in the understanding that lasting transformation is embodied, something that is lived, felt, and integrated over time.
Through the four Paths offered at Anima, she creates and holds spaces where this process can unfold with depth, safety, and continuity. Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, weaving together modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, breathwork, meditation, alongside ancient practices learned through immersive studies in the Amazon. These elements are thoughtfully combined to meet each person where they are, supporting both gentle exploration and profound inner work.
Music, ceremony, breathwork and presence are central to her facilitation and the work she does at Anima Healing Institute. With 15 years of experience in the psychedelic field in ceremonial work, Costanza’s approach bridges traditional wisdom with contemporary therapeutic frameworks. She supports clients in recognizing and working with internal patterns, building resilience, and cultivating a more grounded and coherent sense of self. This work extends beyond personal healing into how individuals relate, create, and lead in their lives.
Alongside her work with individuals and groups, Costanza is dedicated to training and mentoring emerging facilitators. Through offerings such as the Music Apprenticeship and Breathwork Training, as well as ongoing Supervision and Mentorship, she shares methods developed over years of study and practice. These programs are rooted in ethical facilitation, trauma awareness, and a deep respect for both traditional lineages and modern clinical understanding.
Anima Healing Institute supports individuals and groups in translating inner work into embodied living, shaping how they show up in the world with presence, integrity, and a grounded sense of connection.
